Everything you need to know about our surgeries during the easing of lockdown: 18 August 2021
Thanks again for your patience during this challenging year: now that the pandemic is easing, and autumn fast approaching, we want to keep you updated regarding our COVID-19 policies as we move forward as a team into the coming months. We welcome the return of clients into the waiting areas and consultations rooms.
This will make communication and effective treatment easier for everyone. Over the last year, we have managed to keep all our surgeries open for you and your pets. Our staff have continued to wear masks at all times in clinical areas, and will continue to follow strict COVID-19 guidelines laid out by the UK government.
Adhere to our one-in, one-out policy across all surgeries.
Do not attend the clinic if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms.
Please advise our team if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or awaiting covid test results.
Thank you very much for your patience during this unprecedented time. Your perseverance in bearing with us has been greatly appreciated!
Our priority remains ensuring both you and your pet remain healthy, so your appointment will be a little different from normal, as we continue to observe social distancing and carry out additional health and safety precautions to look after everyone
Please see below our guide to what to expect at your next visit:
