Dane MA VetMB GPCert (SAS) MRCVS, Senior Veterinary Surgeon

Dane qualified from Cambridge University in 2000. Since then he has worked in all
aspects of small animal work in many practices across London. 

His interests include surgery and ultrasound.  Dane also holds a post-graduate certificate in small animal surgery and spends a considerable part of his time in the operating theatre.

Dane does not currently have any pets but along with all the other staff he looks after our rescue practice cat, Noodle.

In his spare time Dane enjoys art (sculpture), swimming and water-polo.

Gabriella DVM (Hons), CertSAS, MRCVS, Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Gabriella graduated with honours in 2003 from the University of Naples, Italy. 

After graduation she completed a one-year surgical internship at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the University of Naples and she worked in general and referral practices in Italy, while completing a Diploma in infectious disease.

Gabriella moved to the UK in 2007 to work in small animal practice and referral practices. Her main interests are all aspects of soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery but she also enjoys feline medicine.

Gabriella holds a RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and she is a RCVS recognised Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery.

In her spare time Gabriella loves travelling and spending time with her spoiled rescued cat Poto.

Lowri MRCVS, Veterinary Surgeon

Lowri qualified in 2010 from Cambridge University and began her career working in mixed practice in Northern Ireland. She moved in to small animal practice in 2012.

Lowri joined us here at Streatham in 2017. Lowri enjoys the wide variety of veterinary work but has a special interest in medicine including ultrasound scanning and performing lap spay (key hole surgery).

Lowri is currently studying a feline medicine course.

In her spare time Lowri is training for rough runner, she also cycles a lot and loves baking. 

Lowri lives locally with her boyfriend, baby and her lovely cat Morris!

Felicity MRCVS, Veterinary Surgeon

Felicity qualified in Australia in 2012, where she worked for two years in a mixed practice. 

She moved to England in October last year and has spent the last 12 months working in small animal practices. 

In her spare time Felicity enjoys horse riding and camping.

Bridget: Veterinary Surgeon

Bridget grew up amongst Border Collies, various stray cats, horses and pigs in Millmerran, Queensland Australia. 

Bridget qualified as a Vet in 2012 and came to London to practice in 2014 before joining DNA Vetcare as our permanent South West London Float Vet in April 2016. 

She has a passion for small animal medicine and loves the variety of pets she sees travelling between our popular South London Surgeries. 

Bridget has a keen interest in ultrasound - a skill she is hoping to develop greatly over the next year.

In her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, reading and spending time with her friends. Bridget has also recently joined a local group where you can borrow a dog to go jogging with, to keep her company - sounds like fun!

Viraf (MRCVS), Veterinary Surgeon

Viraf joins us from Melbourne, Australia after coming to the UK in 2017, where he began working in practice in Berkshire, before joining our permanent Vet Team here in London.

Initially unsure whether to study human or animal medicine, thankfully for us Viraf's acute fondness for small furry companions won through and he graduated from Melbourne University in 2015. 

With a keen interest in ultrasound, neurology and soft tissue surgery,Viraf is looking forward to continuing to grow his surgical experience over the next few years.  Viraf puts his long standing client relationships high on the list of what makes him a great vet!

When not in surgery Viraf enjoys playing ice hockey, reading and painting landscapes and mountains from his travels. 

Mark, Veterinary Surgeon

Introducing our extremely experienced and friendly Vet Mark who joined us in 2018.  Mark qualified in 2001 and completed an RCVS diploma at Cambridge in 2003.

With a keen interest in being a great small animal General Practitioner, Mark also has a passion for exotics and looks forward to seeing you with your rabbits, rats, birds and other small furries!

Outside of the surgery Mark enjoys painting some incredibly impressive animals and also the more daring hobby of kite surfing!

Issy, Veterinary Surgeon

Our native Australian Surgeon Issy joined the Croydon team in 2018.  Issy qualified from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2014 and has enjoyed using her advanced experience in ultrasound and surgery in London for the past two years.

Although not currently having any pets to come home to, Issy does harbour a desire to have a pet chicken at some point in the future. 

In her spare time she continues her love of animals with the hobby of horse riding and also cycling. !

Francesca, Veterinary Surgeon

Francesca joined our permanent South London Vet Team in 2017 after a very promising career journey so far. 

Qualifying in 2013 from Bologna, Italy, when Francesca first arrived in the UK she was an intern at an extremely popular referral centre, before moving on to practice in a multi vet surgery in Berkshire until 2016.

Francesca's role with us helps to satisfy her talent and enthusiasm for soft tissue surgery and she also has a keen interest in oncology surgery as well as general medicine. Being a huge small animal fan, she has a much loved 11 year old crossbreed called Jack.  

When not in surgery Francesca likes abstract painting, dancing and surfing in her favourite location, Portugal!
