Emma Blackman: Group General Manager
Emma has been working in the veterinary industry for over three years after a long career in childcare management. She is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers as a home checker for many rescues and charities in the Kent area.
Emma has a rescue spaniel called Chester who travels to work with her, Chester is a bit nervous but please stop to say hello if you see him about, he will do just about anything for a biscuit!
Emma lives in Kent with her husband and in her spare time she enjoys lots of cooking and baking, travel and of course lots of lovely walks with Chester.
Claire Baker: Group Operations Manager
Claire has extensive experience in the veterinary field. She has been nursing since 2004, previously working in small animal practices in London and Kent, and has also part-owned and run a small animal practice in Surrey.
Claire joined Streatham Hill as a locum in 2013, and liked us so much she decided to stay with us full time.
Claire is very passionate about animals which includes her five beautiful cats James, Galore, Honey, Pam and Rocky. Claire lives in Kent with her husband and enjoys skiing, camping, and cooking world cuisine.
Hazel O'Mullan: Group Marketing Manager
Hazel joined us in July 2015 as our Marketing Manager. She had previously worked at the British Pharmacological Society as their Marketing and Communications Manager (amongst other roles!) since graduating in 2000.
Hazel lives here in Streatham with her two rescue cats Billie and Bing, her partner and son.
Tracy Smith: Receptionist / Administrator
Tracy used to be a veterinary nurse, and is now one of our receptionists who also deals with a variety of administrative work.
She has a saluki greyhound called Archie, a 50 year old tortoise called Mr Montgomery, a cat called Dolly and an adorable little rescue chihuahua pup called Peggy-Sue. Peggy-Sue loves to spend her time being cuddled by all of the staff in the office.
Tracy also loves travelling, especially escaping to beautiful Thailand when it gets too cold here in England! She makes the most of her weekends with the family, and has four grand-children who keep her thoroughly entertained!
