Claire, Director

Claire joined DNA Vetcare as a locum in 2013 and has been a firm fixture within the Group ever since.  Having extensive experience and knowledge in the veterinary sector since 2002, Claire oversees the veterinary operations across our 12 surgeries in London and Kent.

With high level veterinary business operations management and clinical knowledge, Claire specialises in recruiting and managing only the very best vets and nurses in the veterinary industry from around the world, as well as on our doorstep, to work in our immensely experienced and recognised teams.

Running a tight customer service ship, Claire ensures we constantly strive to deliver friendly, accurate and helpful advice and assistance to satisfy all our clients needs.

Prior to DNA Claire has previously worked in small animal practices in London and Kent and has also part-owned and run a practice in Surrey.

Passionate about pets and premium veterinary care, Claire has three beautiful cats Galore, Honey and Pam and lives in Kent with her husband and two year old twins. Outside of the surgeries, she enjoys skiing, camping, and cooking world cuisine.

Jen Lewis, Practice Manager

We were delighted to welcome Jen to the team in October 2018. Jen joins us with a background of veterinary and management experience, previously responsible for the smooth running of two London surgeries.

Before entering the veterinary world, Jen was an integral part of the management team for two wildlife parks in Kent working for their overseas charity projects as well as the parks.

Having previously worked in hospitality for several years, Jen has plenty of customer service experience and is passionate about delivering a stellar experience for pets and owners alike!

Jen is a massive animal lover and enjoys taking excellent care of her eleven year old Labrador Murphy - he may be a little spoilt!

Hazel, Group Marketing Manager

Hazel joined us in July 2015 as our Marketing Manager. Hazel is responsible for all of our Marketing and Communication activities across the group of surgeries. Hazel initially worked in Academic Publishing after graduating from University making the move to Marketing in 2009. She then worked for the British Pharmacological Society as their Marketing and Communications Manager where she remained for six years.

Hazel lives here in Streatham with her two rescue cats Billie and Bing, her partner and two sons.

Tracy, Receptionist / Administrator

Tracy used to be a veterinary nurse, and is now one of our receptionists who also deals with a variety of administrative work.

She has a saluki greyhound called Archie, a 50 year old tortoise called Mr Montgomery, a cat called Dolly and an adorable little rescue chihuahua pup called Peggy-Sue. Peggy-Sue loves to spend her time being cuddled by all of the staff in the office.

Tracy also loves travelling, especially escaping to beautiful Thailand when it gets too cold here in England!

She makes the most of her weekends with the family, and has four grand-children who keep her thoroughly entertained!
