About us

Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery has been established for over 30 years. We have four dedicated and experienced vets at our practice. Our vets all have special clinical interests including orthopaedic and soft-tissue surgery, key-hole surgery, ultrasound and general medicine. We also have a team of caring, friendly and highly skilled nurses and receptionists. Meet our vets and nurses.

At Streatham Hill we know the value of preventative health care for the long-term wellness of your pet. We therefore like to also see your pet when it is healthy to ensure it stays as fit and happy as possible as it moves through all stages of life.

When your pet is sick or has suffered injury we have highly trained staff and state-of-the-art veterinary equipment to ensure the very best medical and surgical treatment. Our modern approach to vet care is reflected in our well-equipped surgery, providing the full range of services from vaccines and preventative treatments to surgical and hospitalisation facilities.

The surgery has been accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as a Tier 2 practice. In order to become accredited, the surgery has volunteered to undergo a rigorous inspection every four years and must achieve a minimum of standards including hygiene, staff training, equipment and patient care. This means high standards of care for your pets and peace of mind for you. The surgery is also a training practice for veterinary nurses.

We also have a vet and two nurses living on-site to provide care out of hours.
